I think Sliding Into Home is an awesome book because this girl wants to play baseball but the school policy won't let girls play, but she doesn't give up and .... starts her own league! Girls rule!

I also loved City of Ember and read the sequel, The People of Sparks. They are such awesome books! The characters are just like us, though they lived in near darkness, in an unreal city underground, and you really get drawn into the story by the settings the author created.

I think who ever is out there and likes to read well there is a really good book for you. It's Sliding into home it's about a girl who want's to play baseball but it's only for boy's and the girls have to play softball and she dosen' think thats fair for just boy's to just play.

A strong right arm is a great book because i like baseball and its about a young girl who wants to play baseball when she grows up. Then her grandma dies. so she had to move to Washington D.C. When she gets there she tries to play for a baseball team but they don't let her play. The girl almost always goes to the police station to talk to the policeman. She runs into the coach of the clowns.

I think Judy Moody gets Famous is a good book because she was at the wiating room in the doctor's office and she took all the dolls out of the box. Then she saw a girl named Laura in a wheelchair, so she looked at the dolls and they were torn up, so she took them home and fixed them, and on one of them she put a sling on a doll.

Here's What You do When You Can't Find Your Shoe is probably one of the best books I've ever read because it's about lots of really silly different things. Like Maxembrellas, the unbrellas that walk or run beside you. Filbert's Footsie Floss, the floss that cleans your feet and you could have the cleanest feet in the world, so give your feet a treat! It also about bouncing dishes, stink stoppers, shoe finders, spider let-you-knowers, and lots, lots more! SO remember, read it ! SarahM.

I asked her what her favorite is and she said Monsters of Morley Manner. I asked her which one she thought would win and she thought about it and said, "A lot of people now like Surviving the Applewhites." I liked it, too! There is another book I think will win. We'll all find out on April 15!

I love Because of Anya because Anya had a disease and that disease can cause hair to fall out of your head. Then some girls pass notes in school and one of the girls' name is Keely so Keely opens the letter and it said "Look at Anya's hair. From Stef.Stef is a mean girl.Keely looks at Anya's hair and thought there's nothing wrong with her hair,Stef. One day Anya's mom was brushing her hair and scrame. She said what happened to your hair. So they went to the doctors office and the doctor said Anya has some kind of disease.Anya's mom goes out and buys a wig for Anya. Then, one day in gym something happens to Anya in gym. You'll have to read the book and see what happens.

Becasue of Anya is one of the best books I have ever read.
it teaches you to be yourself and not hangout with people you don't like. I like when one girl gets her hair cut and gives it to Anya. That was really nice to her. If you haven't read it you should becasue it is a really good book. I give the book a 10 out of 10. (10 being best.) It is kind of sad though. If you want a great book to read you should read it. I have gave my hair to someone who needed it so I can relate to it.
